Ferroli Bluehelix PRO 25 C Fan PCB Ref. 39846100
If your boiler does not ignite or gets blocked due to a flue gas evacuation fault, you may need the Ferroli Bluehelix PRO 25 C Fan PCB. This part acts as an extractor, evacuating combustion gases and generating the necessary draft for the boiler to start. It is compatible with several models, such as Bluehelix, Bluehelix Pro, Bluehelix Pro 25 C, and Twist Pro, among others. It is recommended to replace it when you notice ignition problems or blockages related to flue gas evacuation.

How to check if ref. 39846100 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 39846100. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the extractor 39846100 resolves.
The extractor evacuates the combustion gases with forced draft. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler tries to ignite, you hear a clicking or buzzing sound, but the flame doesn't start.
Cause: If the fan does not reach the necessary revolutions, the air pressure switch does not detect the correct draft and blocks the ignition.
Manually turn the fan with the boiler turned off and unplugged: if it's difficult to turn or makes a scraping noise, the bearing is seized.
- 02
The extractor is making a new noise, like a high-pitched hum or a metallic scraping.
Cause: Bearing or motor shaft wear causes vibration and noise before the part completely fails.
Listen to see if the noise increases when starting cold and decreases after a few minutes: it's a typical symptom of a dry bearing.
- 03
The boiler stops and shows a ventilation or flue gas evacuation fault.
Cause: The control unit monitors that the fan rotates at the correct speed and interrupts the cycle if it detects non-compliance, for safety reasons.
Check that the flue is not blocked before replacing the fan.
- 04
The fan takes longer than usual to start or stops for a few seconds before picking up speed.
Cause: A motor with deteriorated winding or a seized shaft loses starting power, especially after months of disuse.
Try spinning the fan blade by hand to see if it starts on its own after a push: this indicates that the motor is at its limit.
- 05
The boiler has been off since the summer and now it won't start, or it starts and shuts down immediately.
Cause: The accumulated dust and lack of use seize the shaft of the extractor, which is a mechanical part with bearings.
Before replacing it, try spinning it manually and clean the accumulated dust on the casing: sometimes that's enough.
Fault codes for Ferroli that this part resolves.
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| A05 | The fan is not working. | The fan protection has been activated. This may be caused by a fault in the PCB that controls the fan. If the boiler does not properly exhaust the gases, it can be dangerous, so check if the fan is operational and if the PCB is in good condition. |
| F15 | The fan is experiencing issues. | An anomaly has been detected in the fan. This may affect the proper evacuation of gases and the operation of the boiler. If you notice that the fan is not operating as it should, it is advisable to check the PCB. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
