  The boiler does not ignite or gets locked because it does not detect that water is flowing.

  Cause: If the flow detector does not send a signal, the boiler understands that there is no demand and does not activate the burner.

  Check that the water flow is normal at that faucet before inspecting the sensor.

  The fault comes and goes: some days there is hot water and others there is not.

  Cause: A worn or loose internal contact generates an intermittent signal instead of a stable one.

  Repeat the test several times in a row and note whether the fault depends on the flow rate or seems random.

  The boiler indicates a fault related to the hydraulic circuit.

  Cause: The PCB receives an absent or erratic signal from the sensor and locks out for safety, even though the circuit is full.

  Check that the connector of the sensor is properly fitted and free of moisture or corrosion before replacing it.

• 04

  The hot water comes out with less pressure than usual just before the boiler stops heating.

  Cause: With the mechanism partially obstructed by scale, the detector only activates the signal when the flow rate is high.

  Check the cold water inlet filter before the sensor; scale there is the most common cause.
