The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The unit does not start and the screen is off.
Cause: The module is not receiving power or has a blown fuse or damaged component in its internal power supply.
Check the current reaching the module and the fuse before replacing it entirely.

The screen turns on but does not display anything, or it flickers and has stripes.
Cause: The display or its connection to the PCB, flat cable or connector, is damaged or poorly connected.
Open the module and check that the display connector is properly seated and free of oxidation before declaring it faulty.

The buttons are unresponsive or the unit is stuck on a fixed screen.
Cause: The firmware or the controller's memory has failed and has become unresponsive.
Cut the power for a couple of minutes and reconnect the power to force a reset before changing the module.

The unit turns off and on by itself, or the display flashes intermittently for no apparent reason.
Cause: A component of the power supply stage has degraded due to heat and is delivering an unstable current.
Check that the mains current and the wiring connection to the module are stable, without any loose contacts, before replacing it.
