• 01

  The boiler shows no signs of life: no indicators, no display, no noise when connected.

  Cause: The PCB distributes power to everything else; if its input stage or the fuse has failed, the rest of the equipment will be without power.

  Measure with a multimeter that 230V is reaching the terminals N and L before declaring the PCB dead.

• 02

  You can hear the ignition attempt, but the burner doesn't ignite.

  Cause: The PCB controls the spark sequence and gas opening; if that signal does not come out clean, the burner will not start even if there is gas.

  Check the ignition electrode and its wiring, and ensure a clear spark is visible before replacing the PCB.

  The boiler starts up and shuts off on its own after a few minutes, without always repeating the same pattern.

  Cause: A fatigued weld or a degraded component on the PCB can cause micro-interruptions in the control signal.

  First, rule out that another component (pressure switch, NTC sensor) is causing an intermittent fault before attributing it to the PCB.

  The room thermostat has no effect: whether you raise or lower the temperature, the boiler does its own thing.

  Cause: The heat demand input read by the PCB may be damaged or not receiving the signal properly.

  Measure the continuity of the thermostat cable and ensure that the jumper in the corresponding terminals is properly connected.
