Cause: The E.G.O. module on the PCB does not process the demand signal it receives.
Bypass or check the thermostat with a multimeter to rule out that the fault is in the thermostat and not in the PCB.

The display suddenly turns off and does not turn back on.
Cause: An internal fault of the main control cuts power to the display without affecting the rest of the PCB.
Cut the power for one minute to perform a reset; if the display does not return, the fault is confirmed on the PCB.
