• 01

  The boiler does not turn on and there is no light or sound when pressing the switch.

  Cause: The PCB distributes power to the entire unit; if it is not active, nothing will start.

  Check the fuse on the PCB at a glance, without liquids or testers, before replacing it.

  A clicking sound is heard when trying to ignite, but the pump or the fan does not start.

  Cause: The PCB has relays that supply power to the pump and fan; if a relay does not switch, the component does not receive a command even if the click is heard.

  With the boiler off, check that the pump and the fan rotate freely by moving them by hand.

• 03

  The transformer on the PCB buzzes more than usual or feels hot to the touch.

  Cause: A transformer forced by an internal fault in the PCB can overheat and make noise before it stops working.

  With the boiler unplugged, touch the area of the transformer after a brief use to see if it is hotter than usual.

• 04

  The boiler operates intermittently: sometimes it starts up properly and other times it does not respond.

  Cause: A partial fault in the control electronics causes irregular behaviors depending on the temperature or usage.

  Note when it fails (when cold, when hot, after several hours) to determine if it is the PCB or another component.
