Cause: If the transformer on the PCB does not deliver current on the secondary side, the rest of the control circuit remains without power and nothing starts.
With a multimeter, check for current in the secondary of the transformer before replacing the entire PCB.

The boiler has power but does not respond when turned on.
Cause: The primary fuse of the transformer may be blown, cutting off the power supply even if current is coming from the grid.
Visually check the primary fuse of the transformer; if it is blown, it is a clear indication before replacing the entire PCB.

The display flashes or lights up intermittently.
Cause: An unstable supply in the secondary of the transformer causes the control electronics to reset by itself.
Check that the connections from the transformer to the PCB are secure and free of oxidation before replacing it.

The boiler stops responding after a while of use, as if it loses power.
Cause: A transformer that overheats and loses efficiency gradually cuts the working current of the PCB.
