How to check if ref. N03G002M3 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference N03G002M3. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the PCB N03G002M3 resolves.
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler does not ignite and there is no reaction on the control panel.
Cause: The control board manages the ignition; if its electronics fail, no command reaches any component.
Check that the installation's differential has not tripped and that the boiler is receiving power before suspecting the PCB.
- 02
A different fault code appears every time you try to turn on the boiler.
Cause: A PCB with intermittent faults generates erratic readings from the sensors and triggers codes that change without a pattern.
Note the codes that appear in various attempts; if they vary without logic, focus more on the PCB than on a specific sensor.
- 03
The remote control does not respond when you press any button, not even the power button.
Cause: The microcontroller on the control board is the one that receives and executes the button presses from the panel.
Check that the wiring from the control panel to the PCB is properly connected before replacing the PCB.
- 04
The boiler turns on but shuts off by itself without any visible fault code.
Cause: The PCB can lose an internal signal and interrupt the cycle without displaying the corresponding fault.
Check if the cut coincides with the start of the pump or the burner; this helps to narrow down the fault before changing the PCB.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
