Metropolis 25 BF PCB - Sit 6NW10 Transformer
The Metropolis 25 BF electronic PCB - Sit 6NW10 transformer is the component that controls the ignition, burner modulation, pump, and safety features of the boiler. When it fails, the boiler may not start, become locked, or exhibit erratic behavior. This model is compatible with boilers from the Metropolis range, as well as other models from the Climit GG M, Format ZIP, Format ZIP 5, and Formel ranges. It is recommended to replace it upon noticing any of these symptoms.

How to check if ref. 6230630 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 6230630. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the PCB 6230630 resolves.
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler does not turn on at all, neither the display nor the indicators.
Cause: The transformer on the PCB is not supplying power to the 24V circuits, which prevents control and display.
With a multimeter, measure if there is 230V at the input of the transformer and if there is current at the output before replacing the complete PCB.
- 02
The boiler turns off intermittently for no apparent reason.
Cause: A transformer that loses current in an unstable manner causes intermittent cuts in the low voltage control circuits.
Observe if the fault occurs more after several hours of operation; this may indicate a transformer that degrades with heat.
- 03
The room thermostat does not start the boiler even though it is calling for heat.
Cause: The thermostat signal does not reach the PCB because there is no power in the 24V circuit, so the demand is not processed.
Check the thermostat connection directly at the terminals of the PCB to rule out an external wiring issue.
- 04
The solenoid valves or the fan do not receive a command to activate.
Cause: These components depend on the low voltage circuits that come from the transformer on the PCB.
Make sure that no fuses or thermal switches have tripped before replacing the entire PCB due to a transformer fault.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
