Common symptoms and faults

The screen is blank or does not turn on, although the boiler is working.
Cause: The display module is not receiving power or has lost communication with the main PCB.
Make sure that the flat connector between the module and the main PCB is properly fitted and free of oxidation before replacing it.

The touch keyboard does not respond when touching the icons -, hand, or +.
Cause: The touch membrane of the module has worn out or lost sensitivity due to use and humidity.
Clean and dry the touch surface and check that there is no condensation before considering the part as faulty.

The screen flickers, shows random symbols, or turns off and on by itself.
Cause: A contact fault in the module or its connection causes intermittent signal cuts.
Cut the power to the boiler for one minute and reconnect it to rule out a temporary hang-up before replacing the part.
