Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler does not ignite and does not respond to any controls.
Cause: The PCB controls the entire boiler; if it fails, you cannot operate anything from the panel.
Check if the fuse on the PCB (when visible) is blown before declaring it defective.

The display shows a fault code directly associated with the control board.
Cause: The firmware of the PCB performs a self-diagnosis and displays an error if it detects an internal anomaly.
Note the exact code displayed: if it is a sensor code (NTC, pressure), the problem may not be the PCB.

It locks out after a couple of ignition attempts, even though there is gas and a visible flame.
Cause: The safety control of the PCB cuts off if it does not receive the flame signal or the interlocks correctly.
Check the ionization electrode and its connection before replacing the PCB: a faulty flame signal causes the same lockout.

The room thermostat or the connected accessories stop communicating with the boiler.
Cause: The PCB manages the communication bus with thermostats and external accessories.
Disconnect and reconnect the bus or the thermostat and check if communication is restored before replacing the PCB.
