Thermomanometer Neckar NW 24-1 AE, NW 24-1 KE and NW 24-1 LH
If you notice incorrect readings in the pressure or temperature of your boiler, you may need the Neckar NW 24-1 AE, NW 24-1 KE, and NW 24-1 LH pressure gauge. This part measures and controls the pressure or temperature of the circuit, and its failure can cause the boiler to lock out due to a false lack of pressure or not regulate the temperature properly. It is compatible with the Neckar models NW 24-1 AE, NW 24-1 KE, and NW 24-1 LH, among others. It is recommended to replace it when the readings are not accurate or the boiler shows related operational issues.

Can't see your model or have questions? The printed reference takes precedence. How to check it · Send us a photo via WhatsApp.
How to check if it is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the manometer resolves
The manometer shows the pressure of the boiler circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The pressure gauge does not rise above a fixed point, even though it should.
Cause: The internal spring that moves the needle has lost tension and does not reach the correct travel.
Compare the needle movement with a portable manometer before replacing the part to ensure that the problem is not in the installation.
- 02
The temperature needle does not move or indicates outside the scale of 0 to 120 °C.
Cause: The capillary or the bellows that measures the temperature has lost accuracy or has been damaged over time.
Compare with the display or the thermostat of the boiler before considering that the instrument is failing.
- 03
The dial is broken, fogged, or unreadable, and none of the scales can be read.
Cause: The display has been exposed to impacts and humidity in the boiler room.
Check with a flashlight if the needle is still functioning behind the fogging before replacing the entire part.
- 04
It is necessary to replace the thermomanometer because the original one from the Neckar boiler is no longer reliable.
Cause: Over time, the instrument's mechanism loses accuracy, even though the circuit operates well.
Before purchasing, check the pressure and temperature with another measuring point of the boiler to confirm that the fault is with the instrument and not with the installation.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
