The boiler locks out with an air or combustion fault warning when trying to ignite.
Cause: The pressure switch may remain with the contact open if the internal microswitch is worn out, and the boiler thinks there is no draft.
Check that the silicone tube is properly connected to its inlet in the flue duct, as this is often the most common cause before the part fails.

It doesn't turn on and no clear fault code appears on the screen.
Cause: Some models only display a generic safety lock without indicating that the problem is in the air circuit.
Check that the flue duct is not blocked by nests, ice, or dirt at the outlet before replacing the pressure switch.

The fault only appears during the first starts of the day, when it is cold.
Cause: Condensation in the pressure intake pipes can be more pronounced when the boiler has been idle for several hours.
Check in the morning, before the first ignition, if there is water accumulated in the silicone tubes of the pressure switch.
