Stock · 4 units

Air pressure switch for Ferroli New Elite, Domitop, Domina, and Domicompact F24/F30 boilers. It checks the pressure generated by the fan before allowing ignition and locks the boiler if it is not detected. Factory set at 47 Pa, differential of 12 Pa, contacts 1(0.5)A/250V~. It is replaced when the boiler does not ignite due to a draft fault.

Guide

How to check if ref. I39805630 is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

  1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference I39805630. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
  2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
  3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
  4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms and faults that the pressure switch I39805630 resolves.

The pressure switch controls the air or water pressure to authorize operation. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The boiler does not ignite, the extractor starts but the burner does not light.

Cause: The air pressure switch does not detect the minimum pressure of the extractor and blocks the gas flow.

Check that the fan rotates freely and without strange noises, and that the connection tubes to the pressure switch are not loose or pinched.

  • 02

The display shows a pressure switch fault code or a fan fault.

Cause: The control board does not receive the air pressure signal in the expected time.

Check the electrical connection of the pressure switch and make sure the wiring is not loose.

  • 03

The boiler has been experiencing weak draft for some time and now it locks out when trying to ignite.

Cause: A flue duct with a restriction prevents the pressure switch from detecting the necessary pressure.

Check the flue gas outlet to the outside and the condition of the duct for obstructions.

  • 04

The boiler works well almost all the time, but sometimes it locks up for no apparent reason.

Cause: An aged contact in the pressure switch can fail intermittently.

Note if the fault occurs during cold starts or after long stops to identify the problem.

Fault codes for Ferroli that this part resolves.

CodeFaultDiagnosis and solution
F4Air pressure switch operation: the contact does not open. The pressure switch microswitch remains stuck/closed when it should be open; check it by measuring continuity at its terminals (it should be open with the fan stopped) and inspecting tubes/Venturi and obstructions.
F5Air pressure switch operation: the contact does not close in ~55 s after activating the fan.The pressure switch does not switch due to lack of depression or internal fault; check that it closes when the fan starts (continuity), clean tubes/Venturi and confirm draft/fan.
F6Air pressure switch operation: the contact remains closed after five attempts. The pressure switch remains permanently closed or returns with delay; check continuity (it should open when the fan stops), check the adjustment/condition of the pressure switch and the fan.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
