Ferroli Domina F24 E Air Pressure Switch Honeywell Ref. C6065F1241:2
Honeywell air pressure switch (code C6065F1241:2) for Ferroli Domina F24E, Domicompact, Domitop boilers, and related models. It is a mechanical microswitch that switches at 250V~ when it detects the pressure generated by the fan, with a switching pressure of 1.65 mbar and a maximum of 6 mbar. It is replaced when the boiler locks with an air pressure switch fault warning and does not validate the fan's draft.

How to check if ref. 39805631 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 39805631. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the pressure switch 39805631 resolves.
The pressure switch controls the air or water pressure to authorize operation. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler is locking out with an air pressure switch fault warning and the burner is not starting.
Cause: The micro switch does not activate the pressure generated by the extractor, and the control unit cuts off the ignition for safety.
Check that the silicone tubes of the pressure switch are properly connected and do not have any condensate water inside.
- 02
The flue extractor works, but the ignition process stops without proceeding to ignition.
Cause: Without the pressure switch contact closure, the control board understands that there is insufficient draft and does not open the gas valve.
Check that the fan is rotating at its usual speed and without any strange noises before replacing the pressure switch.
- 03
Intermittent ignitions or lockouts that occur without a clear pattern.
Cause: A micro switch with a worn contact can activate properly at times and fail at others depending on the vibration.
Test several consecutive ignition cycles and check if the fault always occurs at the same point in the sequence.
- 04
The fault mainly occurs after a power outage or after a long period of not using the boiler.
Cause: Humidity or accumulated dust in the mechanism can prevent the micro switch from closing properly after a long stop.
Before replacing it, let the boiler run for a while and observe if the fault occurs in several consecutive starts.
Fault codes for Ferroli that this part resolves.
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| F4 | Operation of the air pressure switch. | The air pressure switch remains closed when it should open (stuck contact or tubes/venturi improperly connected/blocked). Check with a multimeter that it opens when the fan stops and inspect pressure tubes and air/smoke ducts. |
| F5 | Operation of the air pressure switch. | The pressure switch does not close within the time (~55 s) after activating the fan due to lack of depression/draught or a defective pressure switch. Check closure with a multimeter when starting the fan and inspect the venturi, pressure tubes, and possible obstruction in air/smoke. |
| F6 | Operation of the air pressure switch. | The pressure switch contact remains closed after several start-up attempts, indicating a stuck APS or reversed connection. Measure opening/closing with a multimeter and check the correct connection of the tubes to the pressure switch and the operation of the fan. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
