The boiler ignites but turns off after a few seconds and shows a pressure switch fault.
Cause: The pressure switch stops working when the pressure drops, and the control board interprets that there is a safety issue.
Check that the pressure tube fitting is not leaking or loose: a small leak can cause the fault.

The lockouts appear and disappear on their own, without you having touched anything on the boiler.
Cause: A pressure switch with an old diaphragm loses accuracy and activates erratically depending on the ambient temperature.
Check if the fault occurs more frequently during the cold starts in the early hours than during the rest of the day.

The boiler doesn't even attempt to ignite: it remains dead with the fan stopped.
Cause: If the pressure switch remains open, the control board does not command the fan to start.
Before changing the pressure switch, confirm that the fan receives power and spins when the ignition command is given.
- 04
The condensate siphon has already been cleaned and the fault is still appearing the same.
Cause: The condensate siphon does not affect the air pressure switch, which depends on the extractor pressure and not on the condensate circuit.
First, rule out the condensate circuit and confirm that the fault persists with the siphon filled with water.
