Identify the configuration before intervening
A monobloc installation is not reviewed the same way as a bibloc. Identify the units and explain if there is a domestic hot water tank, an inertia tank, multiple zones, or a support boiler. Also indicate if the failure began after a change in settings or another intervention.
Separate malfunction and operating conditions.
Cycles, defrosting, and outdoor temperature can influence the response, but they do not allow for remote diagnosis. A repeated alert, water loss, or persistent interruption requires checking the configuration and values of the equipment. The meaning of the code is consulted for the exact model.
Overall review.
Depending on the case, circulation, filtration, probes, valves, control, and communication between units are evaluated. The refrigerant circuit and electrical components require appropriate procedures and personnel. The intervention and checks included must be specified in the proposal.

What information do you need to assess air-to-water heat pump systems with my radiators?
Information about the home, insulation, usage, radiators, and usual temperatures, as well as the hot water needs. Compatibility depends on the demand and what the emitters can deliver at the expected temperatures. It cannot be confirmed by just a photo of the radiator or only by the surface area.
Can savings be calculated from a technical data sheet?

Does the presence of ice on the outdoor unit confirm a malfunction?
