Cause: The shutter has become stuck in the heating position and does not allow water to flow to the domestic hot water circuit.
Request hot water and check if the actuator makes any movement or starting noise; if it remains silent, first check the power supply before replacing the gas valve.

The heating is not working even though there is domestic hot water.
Cause: The shutter is stuck in the DHW position and does not allow flow to the radiator circuit.
With the heating on, touch the outlet pipe to the radiators; if it remains cold while the domestic hot water pipe is hot, the valve has not switched.

The valve gets stuck in one position and does not switch between circuits.
Cause: Lime deposits or wear on the shaft prevent the mechanism from rotating freely.
Try to move the actuator shaft by hand with the boiler unplugged, if the manufacturer allows it; if it is stuck, confirm the diagnosis before ordering the part.

The boiler is displaying a fault code related to the 3-way valve or the position sensor.
Cause: The microswitch that informs the control board of the shutter position does not detect either end of the travel.
