How to check if it is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.

Symptoms and faults that the extractor resolves

The extractor evacuates the combustion gases with forced draft. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

• 01

  The boiler tries to ignite and shuts off immediately, before the flame appears.

  Cause: If the extractor does not spin correctly, the air pressure switch does not close, and the control board cuts the cycle for safety.

  Check if the fan starts at the same moment the boiler requests ignition; if it delays, suspect it.

• 02

  The extractor does not start at all; it remains silent.

  Cause: This motor operates at 220-240 V and 50 Hz, and a fault in the winding or in the power supply prevents it from rotating.

  Measure with a multimeter to check if there is current at the motor connector before declaring it faulty.

• 03

  Abnormal noise or noticeable vibration when the extractor is running.

  Cause: It is typical of bearing wear or a turbine that has lost balance with use.

  Try turning the shaft by hand, with the boiler unplugged, to see if there is any friction or excessive play.

• 04

  The boiler is blocking, indicating a flue gas extraction fault.

  Cause: The extractor does not generate the minimum depression that the system needs to validate combustion.

  Before replacing it, check that the exhaust pipe is not crushed, disconnected, or has a slope that retains condensate water.
