  Cause: The O-rings of the hydraulic body dry out over the years and allow water to pass through before it is detected by any indicator on the panel.

  Dry the area well, turn on the boiler, and use a flashlight to locate if the leak is coming exactly from the hydraulic body or from a nearby fitting that can simply be tightened.

  The boiler does not start producing domestic hot water even though there is demand, as if it does not detect that you open the tap.

  Cause: The flow sensor is usually housed in the hydraulic body, and if the passage is partially obstructed by scale, it does not detect sufficient flow to give the ignition command.

  Check the network pressure and clean the cold water inlet filter before approving this part.

  You can hear a water noise or a slight whistling sound when you request domestic hot water.

  Cause: A conduit narrowed by lime within the hydraulic body accelerates the flow of water at that point and generates turbulence.

  Listen to see if the noise changes when you adjust the faucet flow; if it disappears at low flow, it's more indicative of limescale than a broken part.
