Hydraulic Body (Pump/Bleed Valve) Saunier Duval Semia Tek F24
The hydraulic body (pump/bleeder) Saunier Duval Semia Tek F24 is responsible for directing and distributing water between the circuits of the boiler. When this part has faults, you may notice leaks, loss of pressure, or issues with the production of domestic hot water. It is compatible with several models, including the Semia Tek F24, the Thema Condens F24 E, and the Themafast Nox F25-A. It should be replaced when the mentioned symptoms are detected, as its malfunction can affect the overall performance of the boiler.

How to check if it is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the hydraulic group resolves
The hydraulic group includes the valve, the by-pass, and the water connections. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
One or more radiators remain cold or take a long time to heat up, even though the boiler ignites and operates.
Cause: An internal fault in the pump prevents the water from circulating with enough force throughout the system.
With the boiler stopped, check if the shaft rotates freely by removing the front plug before declaring the part faulty.
- 02
The circuit needs to be bled over and over again because air keeps entering shortly after.
Cause: If the bleeder fails, the air stops escaping and becomes trapped, reappearing with each heating cycle.
Thoroughly bleed the circuit and the highest radiators in the house before concluding that the automatic bleeder is broken.
- 03
A constant buzzing or rubbing sound is heard in the area of this part.
Cause: A bearing or a shaft seized by lime causes the motor to strain without rotating properly.
Check if the noise stops when gently forcing the shaft with a screwdriver in the front slot; if it turns freely, the noise is coming from somewhere else.
- 04
The boiler indicates a pressure or circulation fault even though the expansion vessel and the circuit pressure are fine.
Cause: Without sufficient flow, the flow sensor interprets that there is no circulation and blocks the boiler for safety.
Check the pressure on the manometer and ensure that all shut-off valves in the installation are fully open before replacing the part.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
