Hydraulic Body (Pump/Bleed Valve) For Thema Condens F 24 E And Others
In the Thema boilers, the Hydraulic Body (Pump/Bleeder) for Thema Condens F 24 E and others is a component responsible for directing and distributing water between the circuits of the boiler. When this part fails, you may notice leaks, loss of pressure, or issues with hot water production. This hydraulic body is compatible with models such as TEK F24 and NOX F25-A, among others. It is recommended to replace it when the mentioned symptoms occur to avoid further damage.

How to check if it is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the hydraulic group resolves
The hydraulic group includes the valve, the by-pass, and the water connections. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The house is not heating or the radiators are cold even though the boiler is on and there are no faults.
Cause: The pump integrated into this hydraulic body is not moving enough water due to wear or trapped air in the circuit.
Bleed the air from the circuit and from the pump itself before declaring the part faulty.
- 02
A humming or vibration from the pump can be felt on the wall where the boiler is mounted.
Cause: The impeller of the pump, housed in this plastic body, drags scale or spins unevenly.
Check by hand that the shaft turns smoothly and that the vibration does not come from a poorly secured pipe before replacing the body.
- 03
The radiators need to be bled over and over again because air comes back shortly after.
Cause: The automatic bleeder integrated into the hydraulic body is not properly releasing the air accumulated in the circuit.
Check that the bleed valve cap is slightly loosened (not fully tightened) so that it can operate before replacing the part.
- 04
After a power cut or a long shutdown, the pump does not start and the boiler locks out.
Cause: The integrated pump shaft gets stuck due to sediment when it hasn't been rotating for a while.
Try to manually unlock the shaft with a screwdriver in the front slot before replacing the body.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
