The needle does not move, regardless of the circuit pressure.
Cause: The internal mechanism does not respond to changes in water pressure.
Bleed a radiator to lower the pressure and see if the needle moves even a little.

The pressure cannot be read from the front of the boiler.
Cause: If the dial is dirty, scratched, or fogged, the reading is not reliable even if the circuit is functioning properly.
Clean the dial and check if the problem was just visibility before assuming that the pressure gauge is broken.

The needle remains fixed at the same value, whether bleeding or filling.
Cause: The mechanism that moves the needle has seized up and does not follow the actual water pressure.
Fill the circuit for a few seconds with the filling key and observe if the needle moves away from the fixed value.
