It is not clear whether the boiler is at 2 or 3 bar because the glass is fogged or scratched on the inside.
Cause: Condensation or wear on the glass over the years prevents reading the dial even if the mechanism works well.
Clean the glass from the outside and confirm if the issue is only visual before ordering the spare part.

The customer says that the boiler 'has no pressure' but it turns on and heats without any problem.
Cause: The thermometer only displays a reading and does not affect the operation of the boiler, so it can malfunction without there being an actual fault.
