Thermomanometer for Vega 20 AIM/AIFM and 24 AIM/AIFM boiler

Thermomanometer for Vega 20 AIM/AIFM and 24 AIM/AIFM boiler

Stock · 3 units

Analog thermometer with a copper bulb and threaded connector at the end of the cable, which is installed on the boiler panel. The dial shows the water temperature (up to approximately 140 °C, with markings every 20°) and the circuit pressure (0-4 bar, with a red mark at 3 bar). It should be checked or replaced if the needle does not respond, the glass is broken, or there is a leak at the connector.

Guide

How to check if the reference 122621983 is the part for your boiler.

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

  1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 122621983. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
  2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
  3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
  4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms and faults that the manometer 122621983 resolves.

The manometer shows the pressure of the boiler circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The pressure gauge remains fixed at a value and does not rise or fall even when the circuit pressure changes.

Cause: The internal mechanism of the thermomanometer gets stuck or loses tightness and stops transferring the actual pressure to the needle.

Gently tap the gauge and bleed a radiator to see if the needle reacts before declaring it faulty.

  • 02

A ring of moisture or water droplets appears around the thread where the sensor is connected.

Cause: The threaded connector of the copper bulb loses tightness over time and the water from the circuit escapes from there.

Dry the area well, tighten the fitting carefully, and check again in a few hours to see if the leak reappears before replacing the part.

  • 03

The gauge is scratched, fogged, or has a broken glass, making it impossible to read either pressure or temperature.

Cause: The glass is an exposed part, and a blow or the passage of time deteriorates it without affecting the rest of the installation.

Check if the damage is only to the glass by moving the needle by touch, or if it is also blocked inside.

  • 04

The customer believes that the boiler has lost pressure, but it starts and heats normally.

Cause: A thermometer only provides information; it does not stop the operation of the boiler, so an incorrect reading does not necessarily indicate a real pressure fault.

If the rest of the boiler is working well, first suspect the pressure gauge before adjusting the system pressure.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
