The boiler shuts down with a low pressure warning just after starting, even though the pressure gauge reads correctly.
Cause: The sensor sends a low pressure signal to the PCB, which interrupts the ignition cycle.
Note if the cut always occurs a few seconds after starting and compare it with the reading of the analog manometer before changing the part.

The pressure reading on the display changes by itself, unrelated to the filling or the use of the heating.
Cause: The sensor has a degraded signal, sending erratic readings to the control board.
Leave the boiler off for a few minutes and check if the reading remains stable; if it varies without reason, suspect the sensor.

The boiler gets locked due to pressure and does not respond to reset until it is turned off and back on again.
Cause: A sensor that gets 'stuck' on an incorrect reading may require a reset of the PCB to attempt to read again.
Before replacing it, try a complete reset (turn it off, wait, and turn it back on) and check if the fault reappears immediately.

The installer confirms that the installation is properly filled and bled, but the boiler continues to indicate a pressure fault.
Cause: If the sensor does not provide accurate information to the PCB, the warning persists even though the actual pressure in the circuit is correct.
Check the actual pressure of the circuit with an external manometer before ruling out a filling issue and focusing on the sensor.
