Honeywell pressure switch (Yamatake-Honeywell) model C6065FH1052:2, with NC/NO microswitch and contact capacitor of 1.5(0.5) µF at 250V~. Set at 0.60 mbar with a maximum pressure of 6 mbar, CE-0063AP3085/1 certified. It is used in Fondital boilers of the Dual BTFS series and compatibles. It is replaced when it stops switching the contact or the boiler does not detect the pressure correctly.

The boiler tries to ignite, you can hear the fan start, and after a few seconds, it stops without producing a flame.
Cause: The air pressure switch does not close the contact that confirms there is sufficient draft, and the control board cuts the cycle before opening the gas.
Start the boiler and listen to see if the fan reaches normal speed before suspecting the pressure switch.

The panel indicates a ventilation or air pressure fault as soon as you press reset.
Cause: The pressure switch interprets that the vacuum generated by the fan does not reach the required minimum.
Check the flue pipe outside for obstructions, nests, or blocked grilles before replacing the part.

The silicone tubes connecting the pressure switch to the air circuit are hanging down or cracked.
Cause: Without a sealed pressure intake, the pressure switch cannot measure the actual depression and blocks the boiler even if the fan is working properly.
Visually check that both silicone tubes are still connected and free of cracks before ordering the spare part.

The fault appears only when it's windy or raining, and disappears in calm weather.
Cause: A gust of wind at the outlet terminal can alter the pressure seen by the pressure switch and simulate a fault.
Note if the lockout coincides with strong wind; if so, check the external terminal before the pressure switch.
