Three-speed circulating pump manufactured by Grundfos for Cointra boilers (Edyco ED-21, Europa SPI 21, Supra SP 21, Supra SPC 21 EI), marketed under the Cointra brand. Cause: There may be accumulated scale in the impeller that causes it to rub more at certain revolutions than at others.
Measure the flow rate at the three speeds before deciding that the pump is faulty.

Noise or vibration transmitted to the nearby pipe.
Cause: There may be air in the pump body or the bearing is worn out.
Bleed the air through the front screw and try to turn it on again before replacing it.

Cause: The mechanical seal has worn out and no longer seals properly.
Dry the area and check if the dripping reappears right at the shaft, not at a nearby flange.
