Wilo Circulating Pump - Hermann Micra 23 SE Ref. 149100103
Circulating pump manufactured by Wilo, with PCB model NEB53-15-o CR and code 4505534, installed in Hermann boilers from the Habitat, Micra, Supermaster, and Supermicra ranges. It moves the water in the heating circuit. It is replaced when it makes noise, does not start after stopping in summer, loses flow, or shows leaks. The catalog reference has an unresolved conflict.

How to check if ref. 149100103 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 149100103. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the circulator pump 149100103 resolves.
The circulation pump circulates the water in the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The water takes a long time to come out hot or the boiler heats little.
Cause: The pump does not push the water with enough force through the circuit.
Check if you notice vibration in the body of the pump with the boiler on; if it doesn't vibrate, bleed the air before replacing it.
- 02
The pump makes noise or vibrates when starting.
Cause: Air in the rotor or a worn bearing generates that noise.
Bleed the air through the front screw and check if the noise decreases; if it persists, the fault is with the pump.
- 03
The shaft has seized and the pump won't start, typically after the summer.
Cause: The sediments in the circuit block the rotor when it hasn't been turning for months.
With the boiler turned off, manually unblock the shaft through the front plug before purchasing a new one.
- 04
Water is leaking from the pump body.
Cause: The mechanical seal of the shaft has lost its tightness.
Dry the area and check after a cycle if the leak reappears right at the body of the pump and not at a nearby fitting.
Fault codes for Renova that this spare part resolves.
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| F.23 | Safety shutdown: temperature variation too large (NTC1/NTC2). | A blocked or reduced power circulating pump prevents flow, and the flow temperature rises significantly compared to the return. Check the pump's voltage and consumption, unblock the rotor, and check the flow/return ΔT after bleeding. |
| F.24 | Safety shutdown: temperature increase too rapid. | If the pump is seized or weakened, the flow rate drops and the primary overheats very quickly. Check the power supply and rotation of the pump, actual flow rate, and perform a complete bleed of the circuit. |
| F.89 | Error: pump. | The electronics detect the pump as not/poorly connected or short-circuited. Check the pump connector and wiring, motor continuity/insulation, and ensure it receives 230 V when the PCB commands operation. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
