Cause: The motor does not receive or execute the command to turn towards the hot water.
Check if the motor receives power when the tap is opened; if it doesn't receive power, the problem may be in the control board or the wiring, not in the motor.

The motor of the valve does not turn and remains stopped, even though the boiler tries to switch modes.
Cause: The shaft is stuck or the internal gear is broken, preventing the motor from moving the rod.
Disconnect the valve motor, power it separately, and check if it rotates freely; this way you can distinguish between a faulty motor or a stuck valve.

It gets stuck halfway between the two modes and makes a strange buzzing noise when trying.
Cause: The motor is forcing against a limit switch that is not activating, and the buzzing is the winding working without completing the rotation.
Do not insist on starting the boiler multiple times; the prolonged buzzing may damage the motor before making an adequate diagnosis.
