PCB Beretta Super Exclusive MIX 26 C S I EV Ref. 10021888

Stock · 1 unit

The Beretta Super Exclusive MIX 26 C S I EV PCB, with reference 10021888, is the component that controls essential functions of the boiler, such as ignition, burner modulation, and safety features. When it malfunctions, the boiler may fail to start, lock out, or behave erratically, which may include fault code 05: Anomaly in the communication line between the boiler and the remote panel (RC05). This PCB is compatible with models from the ECOMIX range, such as the 28 CSI, and from the SUPER range, including EXCLUSIVE and EXCLUSIVE ECO MIX 24 and 28 CSI, among others. It is recommended to replace the PCB when these symptoms or fault codes are detected.

Guide

How to check if the ref. 10021888 is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

  1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 10021888. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
  2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
  3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
  4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms and faults that the PCB 10021888 resolves.

The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The display shows a different fault code every few hours, without any changes in the installation.

Cause: The microcontroller and the relays on the PCB age and provide erratic readings from the connected sensors.

Note the exact codes that appear; if they are always different and disappear when cutting the power, focus more on the PCB than on a specific sensor.

  • 02

The circulation pump does not start even though the boiler is in demand for heating.

Cause: That component is powered from a specific output of the PCB; if the relay or triac of that output fails, the command never reaches.

With active demand, measure the voltage at the pump connector; if there is none, the problem is before the pump, on the PCB.

  • 03

The screen freezes or the buttons stop responding, but the boiler continues to heat.

Cause: The PCB separates the power control block from the interface block, and only the one that communicates with the display can fail.

Cut the main power (not just the power button) for a few seconds and check if the screen comes back to life before replacing the PCB.

  • 04

The boiler does not start at all: no indicators, no relay noise, nothing.

Cause: If the internal power supply stage of the PCB is damaged, the rest of the components will be without power even if the mains supply is present.

Check with a multimeter that there is voltage at the input of the PCB before ruling out other cheaper causes, such as the fuse.

Fault codes for Beretta that this part resolves.

CodeFaultDiagnosis and solution
05Anomaly in the communication line between the boiler and remote panel (RC05).The main PCB (family MC12/MC13, ref. 10021888) powers and manages the RC05 bus; if its communication/power circuit (terminals S and −) fails, the link is lost and 05 appears. Verify L–N polarity, continuity of the RC05 cable, and voltage/signal at S/−; if the cable and panel are correct and there is no communication/power from the PCB, the PCB is faulty.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
