Pressure Gauge Boiler Meteo / Super Exclusive 24 CSI - Ref. R1857
If your boiler does not regulate the temperature properly or shows incorrect pressure readings, you may need a new pressure gauge for the Meteo / Super Exclusive 24 CSI boiler. This part measures and controls the pressure of the circuit, ensuring proper operation. When it fails, it can cause lockouts due to false low pressure, affecting the performance of the boiler. It is compatible with models such as Super Exclusive Eco Mix 24 CSI, Super Exclusive Mix 26 CSI, and Meteo Mix 28 CSI, among others. It should be replaced when the readings are incorrect or when regulation issues arise.

Can't see your model or have questions? The printed reference takes precedence. How to check it · Send us a photo via WhatsApp.
How to check if the part number R1857 is the one for your boiler.
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference R1857. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the R1857 manometer resolves.
The manometer shows the pressure of the boiler circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The needle never moves, whether the boiler is cold or after heating.
Cause: The pressure gauge mechanism is stuck or the connection pipe to the circuit is blocked.
Let the boiler heat up for a while and see if the needle rises a bit, even if it's just a little, before giving up on it.
- 02
The pressure indicated by the manometer does not match what the boiler actually does in practice.
Cause: If the small tube connecting it to the circuit is partially blocked, the needle remains fixed at an old value.
Fill the circuit to the usual cold pressure and check if the needle rises before changing the part.
- 03
There is a water leak right at the thread where the pressure gauge is screwed in.
Cause: The sealing gasket of the fitting dries out or wears down over time.
Dry the area well and check again when cold; sometimes the leak comes from a nearby pipe and not from the pressure gauge.
- 04
The gauge is broken or so fogged that the pressure scale cannot be read.
Cause: A blow during handling or the entry of moisture through a deteriorated joint renders the glass unusable.
Check if the fog disappears by cleaning the outside; if it remains foggy, it means that water has entered inside and there is no solution.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
