PCB Boiler Chaffoteaux Pigma Green 25 EU / Ariston Clas Premium Evo 24
The PCB of the Chaffoteaux Pigma Green 25 EU / Ariston Clas Premium Evo 24 boiler is the component that controls the ignition, the modulation of the burner and the pump, as well as the safety features of the boiler. When it fails, the boiler may not start, become locked, or operate erratically. This part is compatible with other models from Chaffoteaux and Ariston, such as Pigma Green 30 EU and Clas Premium Evo 30 EU, among others. It is necessary to replace it upon detecting these operational issues.

How to check if the ref. 6000189803 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 6000189803. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the PCB 6000189803 resolves.
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler does not ignite and does not respond to any button on the remote control.
Cause: The PCB controls the startup and the reading of the panel; if it fails, the boiler does not respond.
Check that power is reaching the PCB and that the internal fuse is fine before replacing it.
- 02
The wall thermostat is unable to request heat from the boiler.
Cause: The communication with the thermostat is carried out through the terminals TA1/TA2 of the PCB; if that section fails, the command does not reach.
Check the wiring up to terminals TA1/TA2 and try to bridge them directly to rule out the thermostat.
- 03
The water in the accumulator does not heat up even though the boiler is functioning normally.
Cause: The PCB reads the sensor of the accumulator through the TNK terminal; if it does not detect it, it does not send a command to heat the domestic hot water.
Check that the sensor of the accumulator is properly connected to the TNK terminal before replacing the PCB.
- 04
The solar installation does not contribute anything, as if it did not exist.
Cause: The solar input is managed from the SOL terminal of the PCB; if it does not recognize it, it ignores the solar contribution.
Check the connection of the solar sensor at the SOL terminal and its continuity with a multimeter.
- 05
The boiler ignites and shuts off after a few seconds, as if it's afraid.
Cause: The FLAME terminal receives the flame detection signal; if the PCB does not read it correctly, it cuts off the gas for safety.
Clean the flame detection electrode and check its wiring up to the FLAME terminal before replacing the PCB.
Fault codes Chaffoteaux that this part resolves
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| 3 03 | Main PCB fault | Internal fault of the main PCB (control board). Check supply voltages on the board and wiring/peripherals; if it persists with peripherals disconnected, replace the board. |
| 3 05 | Main PCB fault | Self-diagnosis detects an anomaly in the PCB. Check 230 V at the input, low voltages generated by the board, and continuity of harnesses; if everything is correct and the error does not disappear, the board is faulty. |
| 3 06 | Main PCB fault | Hardware fault in the PCB. Check power supply/grounds and isolate peripherals; if the code reappears, replace the board. |
| 3 07 | Main PCB fault | Main PCB anomaly. Confirm voltages and rule out shorts in peripherals; if not corrected, replace PCB. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
