PCB MICRA 3 CONDENSING 25 / Thema Condens Ref. 0010028087

Stock · 1 unit

The control PCB governs the ignition, burner modulation, pump, and safety features of the boiler. If it fails, the boiler may not start, lock out, or behave erratically, showing faults such as F.63, F.64, F.65, F.67, or F.70. This part is compatible with several boilers, including the MICRA 3 CONDENSING 25, Semia Condens F25, and various models from the Thema and ThemaFast ranges. It is advisable to replace it when these symptoms or operational faults occur.

Guide

How to check if ref. 0010028087 is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

  1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 0010028087. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
  2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
  3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
  4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms and faults that the PCB 0010028087 resolves.

The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The boiler does not ignite and makes no noise: neither from the fan nor from the flame.

Cause: The PCB does not send the start command to the fan and the gas valve because it has lost the control output.

Check that there is power at the Mains connector and that the fuses on the PCB are not blown before replacing it.

  • 02

The display shows an intermittent fault code and the boiler locks itself without a fixed pattern.

Cause: A fault in the control electronics causes erratic readings and safety lockouts even though the connected components are functioning properly.

Note the exact code and if it changes each time it appears: if it varies, point more to the PCB than to a specific sensor.

  • 03

The controls and the thermostat do not affect the boiler.

Cause: The PCB receives the signal but does not process it, so it ignores both the local panel and the external thermostat.

Try replacing the room thermostat with a test one to rule out that the problem comes from outside the PCB.

Fault codes Hermann that this part solves

CodeFaultDiagnosis and solution
F.63EEPROM fault. The EEPROM memory of the main PCB is damaged/corrupted; if NTCs and wiring are correct, the cause is the PCB. Check voltages and, if it persists, reprogram/replace the PCB.
F.64Fault in the electronics / NTC.If the NTC sensors and their wiring do not present shorts or inversion, the fault is in the PCB electronics (measurement/processing stage). Check NTCs and continuity; if okay, replace the PCB.
F.65Fault: electronics temperature. The PCB detects overheating or its internal sensor/power stage is faulty. Check ventilation/temperature and dissipation; if everything is correct, the cause is the PCB.
F.67Fault: electronics/flame.The flame detection/control circuit on the PCB is not plausible or defective. Check the ionisation signal and grounding; if they are correct, replace the PCB.
F.70Invalid product code (DSN).After replacing the display and PCB without readjusting the DSN or with incorrect coding resistance, the PCB locks the equipment. Verify/adjust DSN and resistance; if not accepted, incorrect/defective PCB.
F.32Fault: fan. When the motor and wiring are fine, the fault may be with the PCB (multiple connector on PCB, output/driver, or PWM control). Check the power/signal from the PCB to the fan; if there is no correct output, replace the PCB.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
