The boiler display stays blank or flickers for no apparent reason.
Cause: The PCB controls the display; if it fails, it does not show stable information.
Disconnect and reconnect the display connector to the PCB to rule out a loose connection.

The circulating pump does not start when it should, even though you can hear the boiler trying to ignite.
Cause: The relay on the PCB that powers the pump may be stuck or not closing the contact.
With the boiler requesting heating, measure if there is power reaching the pump from the PCB before replacing it.

The boiler runs for a few minutes and then locks out on its own, repeating the same cycle.
Cause: A fault in the electronic management of the PCB can cut off the supply after a period of operation.
Note how long it takes to lock: a fixed and repeated time indicates more of a problem with the PCB than with an external sensor.

There is no response when pressing the buttons on the control panel.
Cause: The microcontroller on the PCB interprets the button presses; if it fails, the buttons do not work even if the display is fine.
Check that the cable or connector between the control panel and the PCB is properly connected before declaring the PCB faulty.
