Can't see your model or have questions? The printed reference takes precedence. How to check it · Send us a photo via WhatsApp.
How to check if it is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the PCB (control board) resolves
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler does not turn on, there are no lights or display.
Cause: There is a fault in the power supply to the PCB that prevents the system from functioning.
Check that the boiler is receiving 230V and that the input fuse is in good condition before replacing the PCB.
- 02
An error code appears and the boiler locks out until you reset it.
Cause: The PCB detects an incorrect reading (flame, sensor, pressure) and stops the cycle for safety.
Note the code that appears and consult the fault manual before assuming that the issue is with the PCB.
- 03
The hot water or heating works intermittently and turns off by itself.
Cause: A component of the PCB deteriorates with heat and fails occasionally.
Measure if the fault occurs more when the boiler is hot or just turned on, as this helps to identify the problem before changing the PCB.
- 04
The digital control does not respond or shows a communication error.
Cause: The data connection between the PCB and the controller is cut.
Check the wiring and communication connectors before replacing the PCB.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
