Ferroli Divatech 0-4 Bar Pressure Gauge Ref. I39820080
Measure and control the pressure of the circuit in the Ferroli Divatech boiler. If the pressure gauge fails, you will notice incorrect readings, which may cause the boiler to lock out due to a false lack of pressure or not regulate the temperature properly. This pressure gauge is compatible with several models from the Essential range, such as the Essential 24 E and the Essential D 24 E, among others. It is recommended to replace it when you observe these symptoms or if the pressure is not accurately reflected on the gauge.

How to check if ref. I39820080 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference I39820080. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the manometer I39820080 resolves.
The manometer shows the pressure of the boiler circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The pressure gauge reads zero even though the boiler is operating.
Cause: The internal mechanism of the pressure gauge is broken and does not translate the circuit pressure into a reading.
Bleed the radiators and fill with the filling key up to 1-1.5 bar when cold; if the pressure gauge remains at zero, the fault is with it.
- 02
The needle is stuck on a number and does not move.
Cause: The internal gear of the pressure gauge has seized and does not reflect the pressure changes in the circuit.
Open and close the filling valve a couple of times while watching the needle; if it does not respond, confirm the fault before replacing it.
- 03
The glass of the dial is broken or so scratched that the pressure cannot be seen.
Cause: A blow or humidity has damaged the sight glass, which does not mean that the pressure mechanism is faulty.
Check for fog or droplets inside the sphere: if water has entered, replacement is inevitable.
- 04
Water is dripping from under the pressure gauge, at the thread where it connects.
Cause: The gasket or connection thread has degraded due to pressure and heat cycles in the circuit.
Tighten the fitting carefully and dry the area well; if it starts to drip again, the leak is from the part.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
