Honeywell Air Pressure Switch C4065FH1024:2 For Microtec / T2 / Uno MFFI
Air pressure switch manufactured by Honeywell (the Yamatake brand also appears on the label), which checks the flue extraction pressure before ignition. Set to 0.55 mbar, maximum 6 mbar, and powered at 125 V. It is replaced when the boiler does not ignite, locks out, or displays a pressure switch or flue extraction error.

The pressure switch controls the air or water pressure to authorize operation. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler does not ignite and locks out when trying to start.
Cause: The pressure switch does not close the low pressure contact that allows the burner to ignite.
Make sure that the extractor starts without any strange noises and reaches its maximum speed before considering the pressure switch.

The display shows a fault code related to the pressure switch or the flue gas extraction.
Cause: The control unit detects that the pressure signal is not reaching or is out of range and stops the cycle for safety.
Clear the fault and repeat the ignition, observing if the fault always appears at the same moment in the cycle.

The extractor can be heard running, but the boiler remains idle, as if waiting for something.
Cause: The extractor works, but the pressure switch does not send the correct pressure signal to the control board to continue.
Check that the silicone tubes of the pressure switch are not punctured, sagging, or filled with water.

The fault comes and goes: sometimes it ignites on the first try and other times it gets blocked.
Cause: A pressure switch with a worn contact may close intermittently depending on vibration or the exact pressure point.
Before changing it, clean the air intake filter and make sure there are no leaks in the pressure tube connections.
