Before replacing it, try to unlock the shaft with a flat screwdriver on the front screw, with the boiler unplugged.

Cause: It is usually air trapped in the circuit or the internal bearings that are already worn out.
Bleed the radiators and the automatic bleeder of the boiler before declaring the pump faulty.

The water is not circulating and the radiators are not heating even though the burner is ignited.
Cause: The impeller may be blocked by scale or sludge, or the pump has lost power in both speeds.
Check that the shut-off valves of the installation are open and that the selector is set to high speed.

The pump starts but stops on its own after a short while.
Cause: In two-speed pumps, this is often due to an internal thermal cut-off caused by overexertion, frequently triggered by air or dirt in the circuit.
Leave the installation bled for a couple of days and check if the cut repeats before replacing the pump.
