How to check if ref. BI1352100 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference BI1352100. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the circulation pump BI1352100 resolves.
The circulation pump circulates the water in the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler ignites but does not heat, and the circulator seems not to start.
Cause: There is no flow, so the heat is not transferred from the heat exchanger to the system.
Listen if the pump only makes a buzzing sound without turning: it is a sign that the motor is not starting.
- 02
The pump hums when starting but takes time to pick up speed or doesn't reach it.
Cause: The capacitor that helps start the single-phase motor loses capacity over time and does not provide the necessary starting torque.
If the buzzing disappears when giving a slight push to the shaft with your hand (boiler off), the problem is with the capacitor, not the motor.
- 03
The pump does not start, not even with a humming sound, or it starts and stops on its own.
Cause: The shaft may be blocked by scale or sediment if the system has not been bled for a long time.
With the boiler cold and turned off, try turning the shaft through the slot of the front screw before considering that the pump is broken.
- 04
Moisture or dripping appears at the base of the pump.
Cause: The shaft seal is the first part to fail with use, and the IP44 protection only withstands splashes, not continuous leaks.
Dry the area and check if the dripping reappears after a period of operation before replacing the pump.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
