The boiler turns on, but the heating does not heat or takes a long time to do so.
Cause: If the pump is at the lowest speed or running weakly, the flow may not be sufficient for the circuit.
Check the speed at which the pump is set (selector on the body) before declaring it faulty.

There is noise or vibration in the pump, more noticeable at some of the speeds.
Cause: A rotor with scale or trapped air often vibrates more at certain speed positions.
Change the speed and bleed the air from the pump through the front screw before replacing it.

The pump does not start at any of the three speeds.
Cause: The motor may be jammed or not receiving power from the PCB, regardless of the selected speed.
Check that power is reaching the pump in all three positions of the selector before purchasing a new one.
- 04
The boiler is displaying a fault code related to circulation or pressure differential.
Cause: The control unit detects that there is not enough flow and blocks the boiler for safety reasons to avoid damaging the heat exchanger.
Before changing the pump, bleed the circuit well and make sure that the radiator valves are not closed.
