Wilo Circulating Pump for Biasi Garda/Parva/Riva HE Boilers Ref. BI1911103
The Wilo Circulating Pump for Biasi Garda/Parva/Riva HE boilers, with reference BI1911103, is responsible for moving water through the heating circuit. If it fails, you will notice cold radiators, unusual noises, or overheating due to lack of circulation. This pump is compatible with models such as Garda M110B.32SM/E, Parva HE M96.24SM/P, Riva Compact HE M96.28SM/C, among others. It should be replaced when a circulation fault occurs, identified by fault codes E04 or E14.

How to check if ref. BI1911103 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference BI1911103. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the circulation pump BI1911103 resolves.
The circulation pump circulates the water in the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler heats the domestic hot water well, but the heating takes a long time or does not heat.
Cause: If the circulator is running weakly, it may provide enough flow for domestic hot water, but not for the heating circuit.
Check if the noise of the pump changes (more high-pitched or intermittent) when switching from domestic hot water to heating.
- 02
The radiators are cold with the boiler on and the thermostat calling for heat.
Cause: If there is no circulation, the hot water does not flow from the boiler to the system.
Open the manual bleed valve of a nearby radiator to rule out that the problem is air in the circuit before checking the pump.
- 03
There is a vibration or rattling noise in the area of the pump, especially when starting up.
Cause: The rotor may have scale buildup after the summer without use, which causes a forced and noisy start.
If the boiler has not been used for heating for months, try several consecutive starts: sometimes the impeller frees itself.
- 04
The pump does not start and the boiler ends up locking out due to lack of circulation.
Cause: A seized shaft prevents the motor from turning even though it receives power correctly.
With the boiler turned off, try to manually unlock the shaft using the front screw before replacing the pump.
Fault codes for Biasi that this part resolves.
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| E04 | Pump circulation fault or insufficient system pressure. | A seized, air-locked, or stalled circulating pump does not move the primary, the control detects a lack of flow and triggers E04. Check by initiating demand and measuring if the pump receives 230 V and rotates, bleed the pump's air vent, and confirm correct pressure in the circuit (>1–1.5 bar). |
| E14 | Circulation fault due to temperature gradient (>2 K/s) / possible pump fault. | If the pump is blocked or weak, the flow rises very quickly and the control detects an abnormal gradient, generating E14. Check ΔT flow-return and ramp-up, bleed air, measure pump consumption/speed, and confirm it moves sufficient flow. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
