How to check if ref. BI1352100 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference BI1352100. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the circulation pump BI1352100 resolves.
The circulation pump circulates the water in the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler is working but heats up little or takes a long time to heat the house.
Cause: The pump may rotate loosely or at half speed, which prevents the flow from being sufficient for the entire circuit.
Check if the pump has a speed selector and increase it before considering replacing it.
- 02
The pump makes noise or you can feel it vibrating to the touch.
Cause: This is usually due to trapped air in the circuit or a bearing that is starting to fail.
Bleed the air from the circuit and the pump body before replacing it.
- 03
The pump does not start, it doesn't even attempt to turn.
Cause: The shaft may be seized due to limescale or it may not be receiving power.
Measure with a multimeter that voltage is reaching the connector before declaring the pump dead.
- 04
Water is leaking or moisture is visible around the pump shaft area.
Cause: The mechanical seal that separates the wet part from the electrical part has worn out and does not seal properly.
Dry the area and check when it's cold to see if the moisture reappears; if it does, the seal is worn out and cannot be repaired.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
