PCB Baxi Roca Neobit 24/24F - Ref. 122123680
The Baxi Roca Neobit 24/24F PCB controls the ignition, burner modulation, pump, and safety features of the boiler. When it fails, the boiler may not start, become locked, or behave erratically. This part is compatible with boilers from the Neobit range, such as the Neobit 24/24 F model, among others. It should be replaced when these symptoms occur to restore the proper functioning of the boiler.

How to check if ref. 122123680 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 122123680. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the PCB 122123680 resolves.
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler is completely dead, no LED or display lights up.
Cause: The F1 fuse on the PCB has blown, usually due to a voltage spike or a downstream short circuit, cutting off power to all the electronics.
Before changing the PCB, open the cover and visually check if the fuse F1 is blown or blackened, and check its continuity with a multimeter.
- 02
The circulation pump or the gas valve do not activate even though the boiler seems to be functioning.
Cause: The relay on the PCB that supplies power to those components can stick or fail to close the contact, even though the rest of the circuit remains energized.
With the boiler calling for heat, listen for the click of the relay when switching before replacing the pump, gas valve, or the PCB.
- 03
Different fault codes appear that seem unrelated to each other.
Cause: The PCB misinterprets the signals from the safety sensors and blocks the boiler even though those components are in good condition.
Note the code and the moment it appears, and discard NTC, pressure switch, and flame electrode by measuring their continuity.
- 04
The remote control or the thermostat cannot get the boiler to respond.
Cause: The microprocessor on the PCB manages that communication, and if it fails, the boiler ignores the ignition command.
Check that the thermostat is powered and that the wiring is securely connected to the terminals of the PCB before replacing it.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
