Bertelli & Partners PCB for Biasi Parva Low NOx M95.24CM Ref. BI1995100
The control PCB manages the ignition, burner modulation, pump, and safety features of the boiler. When it fails, the boiler may not start, become locked, or exhibit erratic behavior. This model is compatible with several Biasi boilers, such as those in the Parva Low NOx range, including the M95.24CM model, among others. It is recommended to replace the PCB when experiencing operational issues or encountering faults such as E20, E21, E89, or E99.

How to check if ref. BI1995100 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference BI1995100. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the PCB BI1995100 resolves.
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler shows no signs of life when powered on.
Cause: The Bertelli & Partners PCB manages the power supply for the entire boiler; if it fails, nothing starts.
Check the fuse and the main switch before declaring the PCB faulty.
- 02
A fixed fault code appears on the display and the boiler locks out when trying to ignite.
Cause: The electronics detect a safety anomaly and cut off the start-up to protect the boiler.
Note the exact code and try a reset; if the same fault returns immediately, it points to the PCB.
- 03
The boiler shuts off by itself a few minutes after starting, over and over again.
Cause: The PCB loses the reading from a sensor or the flame and interrupts the cycle for safety.
Check the connectors of the sensors and ignition electrode before replacing the PCB.
- 04
The wall control does not get the boiler to start even though it requests heat.
Cause: The PCB is not processing the ignition command it receives from the control.
Check the wiring of the control in the terminals of the PCB before replacing it.
Fault codes Biasi that this part solves
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| E20 | EVG lockout (hardware fault in the gas valve control). | The control board governs the EVG through a relay/power stage; if that stage of the PCB fails, the unit detects an EVG lockout. Verify by measuring the output from the PCB to the valve (voltage/activation of the relay or triac) and continuity of the coil; if it does not switch with the correct command, replace the board. |
| E21 | EVG lockout (control relay fault of the valve). | The control relay of the EVG is integrated into the PCB; if its contacts/coil fail, the boiler goes into lockout. Check the relay activation from the board (voltage on the coil, continuity, and contact closure under command) and, if it does not operate with the correct signal, replace the PCB. |
| E89 | Internal error (usually hardware) or issues with the electrical network. | Indicates an internal fault in the electronics (power sources, microcontroller, or drivers) of the PCB; after ruling out the network (correct voltage and frequency), if it persists, the cause is the PCB. Verify by measuring voltages on the PCB and conducting a test with a known good PCB. |
| E99 | Card (PCB) not configured. | Replaced PCB or loss of parameter settings; requires configuring the board (e.g., parameter P01/model). Check by entering the parameter menu and completing the coding; if it does not accept configuration or returns to E99, the installed PCB is incorrect or defective. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
