Bertelli & Partners PCB HAGC21-IM03 Immergas Victrix Maior TT Ref. 027083
Control PCB for Immergas boilers from the Victrix TT, Victrix Maior TT, and Victrix Zeus 25 range. The module is manufactured by Bertelli & Partners, with code HAGC21-IM03, confirmed by a sticker and by the mirrored silkscreen on the PCB itself. It operates at 230V 50Hz. It is replaced when the PCB fails and the boiler stops functioning normally.

How to check if ref. 027083 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 027083. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the PCB 027083 resolves.
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler suddenly stops responding while in operation and does not restart.
Cause: An internal fault in the control board halts the burner management process and the equipment stops.
Cut the power for one minute and check if the ignition sequence starts before replacing the PCB.
- 02
A different fault code appears every few days, with no clear pattern.
Cause: A component of the PCB fails intermittently and generates erratic readings at various control points.
Note each code that appears with date and time; if they are always different and unrelated, suspect the wiring or the sensors.
- 03
The boiler turns on by itself from time to time without anyone requesting heat.
Cause: A relay on the PCB gets stuck or activated due to an internal fault and triggers the equipment without an actual command.
Make sure that the thermostat is not mistakenly calling for heat before assuming that it is the PCB.
- 04
The display flickers or turns off and on by itself, even though the boiler continues to operate.
Cause: A weld or component of the internal power supply on the PCB fails intermittently and causes micro interruptions in the electronics.
Check for any visible moisture or corrosion on the PCB and ensure that the ground connections are properly tightened.
Fault codes from Immergas that this part resolves.
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| 36 | IMG BUS communication drop | The control board/PCB may fail on the IMG bus (communication errors or damaged BUS driver). Check voltage/signal on the BUS, connectors, and continuity; if the area and wiring are OK, replace/test the PCB. |
| 62 | Full calibration request | Calibration absence detected on the PCB (common after replacing the board). Check by entering the service menu and execute "full calibration"; if it does not complete or reappears, reprogram/replace the board. |
| 72 | Quick calibration request | Change of parameters requiring recalibration of the electronic board. Confirm in service menu and perform "quick calibration"; if the warning persists, check/program the PCB. |
| 80 | Lockout due to malfunction of the PCB | The PCB that controls the gas valve is malfunctioning (driver/output damaged). Check the power supply and signal to the valve; if the valve and wiring are correct, replace the PCB. |
| 94 | Combustion anomaly | The combustion control may fail due to a defective PCB (in addition to gas/recirculation/valve). Check gas pressure, flue gases, and sensor/ionization; if everything is correct, the cause is the control electronics (PCB). |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
