How to check if ref. 65642300 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 65642300. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the PCB 65642300 resolves.
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The spark does not ignite in the burner when heat is requested.
Cause: The auxiliary PCB generates the high voltage needed for the ignition electrode; if it fails, there will be no spark even if the boiler is operating.
Check that the ignition electrode is not dirty, broken, or improperly positioned relative to the burner before replacing the PCB.
- 02
The boiler tries to ignite, you can hear the gas, but the flame doesn't light.
Cause: If the ignition PCB does not generate a spark, gas is released but does not ignite, and the control unit cuts off the supply for safety.
Check that the high voltage cable between the PCB and the electrode is properly connected and without visible breaks.
- 03
The boiler locks out with a flame or ignition fault warning.
Cause: The flame control detects that there is no combustion after the spark attempt and blocks the equipment to prevent gas leaks.
Reset the boiler and observe if the fault repeats with each attempt; if it is systematic, it points more towards the ignition PCB than a one-off fault.
- 04
A faint clicking or a very weak, almost inaudible spark attempt is noticeable.
Cause: A worn ignition transformer generates an insufficient spark to reliably ignite the gas.
With the boiler turned off and disconnected, check that the distance between the burner electrodes is correct before replacing the PCB.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
