Ferroli Domiproject F 24 Honeywell DBM01A PCB Ref. 39819530
Electronic PCB manufactured by Honeywell, model DBM01A (factory code 5101651014, batch S1016S1814 GH/17), originally mounted in Ferroli boilers from the Domiproject, Domi Insert, C32M, and Tempra 1120 series. It is the board that comes installed in this boiler from the factory. It is requested as a spare part when the original unit needs to be replaced due to a fault.

How to check if ref. 39819530 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 39819530. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the PCB 39819530 resolves.
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler does not ignite: the display is off and no sound is heard.
Cause: The PCB is not sending current to the control circuits, possibly due to a blown fuse or an internal fault.
Measure with the multimeter if current is reaching the PCB and check the fuse before replacing it.
- 02
The display shows a different fault code every time you reset the boiler.
Cause: The PCB incorrectly interprets the signals from the sensors and generates faults that do not indicate a real fault.
Note the codes that appear; if they change without apparent reason, check the indicated sensor.
- 03
The boiler works for a while and then shuts down without a clear pattern.
Cause: An intermittent fault in the PCB randomly interrupts the control sequence.
Record the conditions of each shutdown (with hot water, with heating) before replacing the PCB.
- 04
The wall control or thermostat is unable to start the boiler.
Cause: Communication between the PCB and the thermostat has been lost, or the internal demand relay is damaged.
Try to manually turn on the boiler from the panel to see if it responds without the thermostat.
- 05
The pump remains continuously on even when the boiler is off.
Cause: A relay on the PCB has become stuck and continues to send power to the pump even though there is no demand.
Disconnect the connector from the pump with the boiler turned off and check if there is still power in that relay.
Fault codes for Ferroli that this part resolves.
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| A02 | Flame signal present with burner off. | The PCB may generate/read a false ionisation signal due to electronic fault or grounding/interference at its input. Check the electrode and wiring; if they are correct, measure the ionisation signal at the PCB input and, if it persists, replace the PCB 39819530. |
| F04 | Anomaly in the parameters of the control board. | Parameters of the PCB misconfigured/corrupted (memory/settings). Enter the technical menu, review/load correct values and confirm that the PCB saves them; if not, reprogram or replace the PCB 39819530. |
| F05 | Anomaly in the parameters of the control board. | The fan/pressure switch management is handled by the PCB; an internal fault or incorrect parameters in the PCB can trigger F05 even if the fan/pressure switch are fine. Verify parameters, voltages from the PCB, and continuity; if everything is correct, reprogram or replace the PCB 39819530. |
| F07 | Anomaly in the parameters of the control board. | Incoherent parameters recorded on the PCB. Check/adjust values in the technical menu or restore to factory settings; if it does not accept/retain changes, the PCB 39819530 is defective. |
| A23 | Anomaly in the parameters of the control board. | Configuration error on the PCB (values out of range or incorrect load). Check/rectify parameters and power/ground; if it reappears, reprogram or replace the board 39819530. |
| A24 | Anomaly in the parameters of the control board. | Incorrect configuration/parameter setting on the PCB. Check/adjust parameters; if they are not saved or the alarm persists, the PCB 39819530 is damaged or needs reprogramming. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
