Common symptoms and faults

The boiler is completely dead, with no LED lights on.
Cause: The PCB does not distribute power to its circuits, usually due to a blown fuse or a fault in the input stage.
Measure the fuse on the PCB with a multimeter for continuity before replacing the entire board.

The display shows a fault code that appears and disappears intermittently.
Cause: Internal fault of the PCB that the electronics translate into a code, not always stable.
Note the code and repeat the reset once; if it reappears the same way, it is more likely to be the PCB.

The boiler turns on and shuts off by itself a few minutes after starting.
Cause: Components of the PCB that fail when heated cause repeated safety shutdowns.
Check if the cut occurs always when cold or only with the boiler hot before changing the PCB.

The pump or the gas valve does not start even though there is a demand for heating.
Cause: A relay on the PCB does not switch and does not send current to the component.
With a tester, check if the relay provides continuity when the demand is activated before replacing the complete PCB.
