The pressure on the display shows 0 or dashes, even though the circuit is full.
Cause: The sensor does not send a signal to the PCB, which does not receive any pressure value and shows an error.
Check for leaks in the circuit or in the safety valve before considering the sensor.

The boiler locks out due to low pressure just after refilling the circuit.
Cause: The sensor may be giving a false reading below the actual level, which causes the lockout even though the water is at the correct level.
Check the pressure with a separate manometer if possible, to rule out that it is a reading issue and not a water problem.

If I move the wiring of the boiler a little, the pressure reading changes immediately.
Cause: This indicates a possible loose connection in the connector or in the cable of the sensor.
Carefully move the sensor connector while watching the display, without forcing or disconnecting it while hot.

The boiler does not start and gives a warning of low pressure, even though the circuit is properly filled.
Cause: The PCB relies on the signal from the sensor to determine if there is enough water; if the signal is incorrect, it does not allow the start-up even if everything is correct.
Bleed the radiators and confirm the actual pressure before replacing the sensor, especially if the installation is new or has just been tampered with.
